We are currently in the process of introducing shipping to european destinations so please keep an eye on the website. In the meantime please contact us via the 'contact us' facility if you would like an overseas shipping quote to a destination not mentioned. European customers are also welcome to collect using their own courier.
For most UK orders we use City Link, Parcel line or an equivalent courier. For very small or lightweight packages we may use Royal Mail. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with an address where delivery can be signed for in reasonable time. If delivery is refused or returned after two attempts it may incur a resend charge AND further costs if it is returned back to us. Any such charges will be passed onto you.
Orders will only be shipped to the cardholders address. Credit Card PAYMENTS are cross checked and verified against the cardholders address, landline number etc to protect against online fraud.
We prefer payment by SEPA, PAYPAL or Bank Transfer from european destinations.
We reserve the right to charge a 2.9% surcharge on PayPal transactions.
We try our best to deliver Next Business Day but during busy periods UK orders may take up to 3 working days.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive equipment that is damaged or faulty, please inform us immediately or within 2 days of receipt of goods. We will offer either a replacement item to be shipped or a full refund for the item(s) only – postage/shipping excluded. If you request a refund we would ask that the faulty item(s) is/are returned within 7 days. If you require an exchange we will replace goods deemed faulty to ensure this deadline is met. We reserve the right to have the equipment inspected by a certified specialist before refunding or exchanging any product. Please call us for assistance.

The unwanted item(s) must be returned unopened, undamaged and in original packaging to receive a full refund. We will refund the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping costs - and request that you return goods in the above condition, within 30 days from your notification of your intention to cancel.
